    On December 19th, at the Hubei Province Medical and Engineering Cross-Innovation Conference and the First Medical Device Technology Achievement Exhibition and Trade Fair, the list of Hubei Province's Top Ten Medical and Engineering Cross-Innovation Achievements for 2023 was announced. The ultrasensitive magnetic resonance research group from the Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement Science and Technology, was successfully selected for their development of the human lung gas magnetic resonance imaging system among the top ten medical and engineering cross-innovation achievements of Hubei Province for 2023.

    The human lung gas magnetic resonance imaging system was completed by the team led by professor Xin Zhou at the Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement Science and Technology. This achievement is the world's first clinical multi-nuclei magnetic resonance imaging product capable of gas imaging. It has been approved as a national Class III innovative medical device. The team made comprehensive breakthroughs in hyperpolarization technology, ultra-fast lung gas imaging technology, and human multi-nuclei magnetic resonance imaging technology, successfully illuminating the blind spots in the lungs. It has become a powerful tool for the early diagnosis of major lung diseases.
