Research Fellow Xin Zhou had been selected into the 2012 Hubei High level Talents in new century Project

March 19, news from the Hubei provincial department of human resources and social security that the Research Fellow Xin Zhou from WIPM had been selected into the 2012 Hubei High level Talents in new century Project.

The 2012 Hubei High level Talents in new century Project is a project that hubei provincial government respond to the CPC central committee 'Talent strategy .It aims at creating high-quality talents that can fit the needs of national economy and social development, accelerating the progress of science and technology .promoting the implementation of develop the Hubei strategy with technology and education.

Xin Zhou had study the NMR and MRI in Harvard University, Brigham Women's Hospital, University of California Berkeley, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory during 2005 to 2009. He has published 30 papers in journals such as PNAS, 2 books and has 1 USA invention patent, 5 china invention patent. Xin Zhou has been undertake several  major projects of national natural science foundation of china / the ministry of science and technology  and  the Chinese Academy of Sciences ; Among the projects, the major instrument development special fund project-- "the development of the MRI system using for study the Major diseases in human lung "is the only project that Hubei province and WIPM lead so far. The smooth implementation of the project will help WIPM to the Chinese Academy of Sciences strategic plan "Innovation 2020" and the "13th five-year" plan.

The WIPM always pay attention to the train of all kinds of talents , especially  to the  High level Talents .The WIPM will  recommend  more  excellent  person work in science and  technology to the talent award or talent project of  country ,CAS , Hubei province or Wuhan city to creative different kinds of high level talent .
